Every pokemon milk box has a different assortment of pokemon tcg packs inside. Next to each product I mentioned the pack selection you may find there, as well for my personal product openings you can check as videos.

Every Premium Tournament Collection up till the Iono version had 7 packs inside, and now you will find only 6 packs instead, following pokemon price jumps.

Please note that the pack selection can vary depending on the product print run and packaging time. But for most parts you will find exactly the same pokemon packs i mentioned next to each version.
