Pokemon god packs or mini god packs to be exact are a rare pack that got inside 3 illustration rares of a single evolution line from gen 1 starters:

The odds of getting a pokemon god pack are about 1 to 700.

Some people call them “Mini God Packs” or “Demi God Packs” because the japanese packs containing double the rare cards inside (instead of 1 evolution line you get 2).
